About us

My wife and I and our two children arrived here on August 9, 2022 to begin our next journey together. In Austria, in the village of Flattnitz, in a countryside that caught our hearts right from the start, and which we will, dare we say, gradually discover over several months, maybe even years.

Right from the start we were enchanted by the meadow right in front of our house, where cows have been grazing since early morning.

Almost every morning, the sun illuminates the dew that covers the meadow after a cold night. You don't even have to go for a hike and the view alone is worth the drive.

In the surroundings you will find beautiful mountain lakes, castle ruins, hiking trails through the alpine Carinthian countryside and much more. Last but not least, you can enjoy the truly fresh air along with the mountain, perfectly clean water that flows from the springs of the surrounding mountains.
